Location: Hybrid with 1 day on-premise in the Budapest office
Experience Level: 3+ years

The Role

We are looking for a versatile, highly skilled Multidisciplinary Designer with video, graphic, and web design skills to lead our podcast, digital presence, online content, and brand artifact visual productions. As an early-stage startup, we need a "Swiss Army Knife" of design—someone who can jump from editing a high-quality podcast to designing websites, or to crafting the graphics for a conference presentation. You will be responsible for ensuring our visual identity resonates with both our health professional and end-user audiences, reflecting a level of rigor and quality that matches our scientific medical research.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will be diverse, prioritized across the following domains:

  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Lead the post-production for our upcoming podcast and other online video content: You will edit raw footage into polished productions, adding international-quality motion graphics and sound design

  • Brand Design: Evolve, redesign partially and maintain the Ancestralize & Ancestra Health visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in typography, color theory, and "vibe"

  • Web Design: The hired designer’s first project will be to refresh our websites, embracing our advanced brand identity

  • Graphic Design: Creating high-impact assets for social media content, digital campaigns, whitepapers, blog posts, or conference presentations

  • Merchandising: Designing physical brand touchpoints (e.g. event booths, flyers, etc.)

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: No specific degree required; your portfolio speaks for itself.

  • Software Proficiency: You can use your software stack of choice — please highlight your favourite used tools for video, graphic and digital works in your application

  • Premium visual taste: Youdemonstrate a strong attitude towards aesthetics

  • Advanced AI Literacy: Expert-level skill in leveraging AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining a "human" premium finish

Mindset

  • Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture.

  • Hands-on collaborator who values radical candor and rapid iteration.

  • Proactive problem solver with strong ownership of outcomes.

  • Personal interest in healthy living and diet, lifestyle medicine, or even the medical domain (e.g. chronic disease management) is a significant plus
