I am a software engineer with more than 20 years of experience building complex systems across startups and large enterprises, including EY, bp, Tesco, and Skyscanner. My work spans high-scale environments in finance, energy, retail, travel, and technology, across backend, frontend, and mobile development.

At Ancestralize, I bring that engineering experience, systems thinking, and a pragmatic builder’s mindset to the challenge of turning complex health knowledge into usable software. I am especially interested in how rigorous engineering can help researchers and product teams move faster without losing clarity, quality, or human judgment.

Lately I have become obsessed with agentic engineering. I am passionate about helping engineers and teams learn to leverage this new technology — reshaping how we build software while keeping human judgment firmly in the loop.

Outside of work, I am a father of two. I like swimming, skiing, and computer games.
